Refresco Holding is a decentralized organization with profit centres with a high level of independence and responsibility. A small central management initiates and coordinates the strategy of the Group.
Highly qualified functionaries with group responsibility (beside their line responsibility in the profit centres) conduct different "Centres of Excellence". Commercial responsibilities are regionally organized and pro-active with short lines of communication towards trading partners. Account management for international clients is coordinated centrally.
